AE-184 Printed Circuit Board

This new PCB fully supports both the single and dual output chargers without requiring a separate wiring loom like the originals.  It is also compatible with the early modified versions of these board (with a red wire modification).  This new PCB can be used to replace these modified boards without needing to cut tracks or solder on wires.
