The lead and alloy plate construction in these batteries provide an extremely low self-discharge.
The START range of batteries is designed to provide high power for engine starting when a single battery is installed on boats. It can also be used in dedicated engine starting battery packs on larger boats.
Batteries normally remain charged after the engine starts as the alternator quickly returns the energy consumed. The START design offers good performance and long service life.
The Exide ET1600 battery covers all your engine starting needs, from small boat engines to large boat engines.
